70,000.00 / yr - $95,000.00 / yr

Noor has partnered with a Nashville-based real estate investment firm that focused on healthcare investing across the US. This includes medical office buildings, hospitals, senior living centers, and free-standing urgent care facilities. Our client is in the process of deploying a fund and needs additional assistance with the underwriting and acquisition volume.

The Acquisitions Associate is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and underwriting potential healthcare real estate acquisitions. This position will work closely with the Director of Investments and other members of the Acquisitions team to identify and execute on acquisition opportunities that meet the firm's investment criteria.

• Must have ARGUS experience

Responsibilities :

• Source and identify potential healthcare real estate acquisition opportunities
• Conduct market research and analyze financial data to assess the value of potential acquisition targets
• Prepare and present acquisition reports and presentations to the Director of Acquisitions and other members of the Acquisitions team
• Work with the Director of Acquisitions and other members of the Acquisitions team to negotiate and execute acquisition contracts
• Monitor and manage the performance of acquired assets

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• 1-3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, or a related field (prior experience with healthcare is a plus, but not required)
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail

• Experience with due diligence
• Experience with negotiation
• The ability to work in a high-volume, high-energy environment.

Salary : $70,000 - $95,000 base + bonus based on transactions closed
