BMO Insurance is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Acquisition Lead specializing in Retail Insurance. As a "stack marketer," you possess a unique blend of strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, and content creation, enabling you to drive customer acquisition. You will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative marketing solutions that align with our business objectives, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to the growth of our Retail Insurance portfolio. You will act as a key consultant, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver impactful acquisition initiatives across internal and external distribution channels. Leveraging data analytics will be central to your approach, allowing you to identify opportunities for optimization, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall customer experience. Your ability to translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans, coupled with your understanding of digital marketing best practices and content development, will be critical to your success.

Salary :
69,000.00 - $129,000.00
The above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
