Brex is hiring in Vancouver for an engineering leadership role focused on building scalable onboarding and activation systems. You will oversee several engineering teams, drive AI-enhanced customer journeys, and partner across Product, Design, Operations, and GTM to deliver high-quality product experiences.

The role requires strategic thinking, technical leadership, and a proven track record in delivering end-to-end customer-facing features in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading multiple technical teams in a high-growth environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise leading full-stack engineering teams delivering end-to-end product experiences.
• Demonstrated track record shipping customer-facing features across multiple release cycles.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to evaluate impact and optimize activation metrics.
• Track record building AI-powered product experiences, including LLM-driven automation and personalization.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in driving business and product strategies, championing onboarding and implementation experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to define priorities and deliver activation experiences.
• Leverage AI to automate prospecting, onboarding, implementation, and retention workflows.
• Drive execution of the Acquisition group roadmap with high-quality system delivery.
• Lead and manage multiple teams of engineers with mentoring and technical direction.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, architecture, and product quality.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and customer obsession.
