Qualifications

• Work experience in ACMV or Mechanical Engineering in the construction industry.
• Good technical knowledge of ACMV system for Commercial Project.
• Possess a Class 3 license.

• Assist Project Manager in planning, execution and completion of ACMV Project.
• Supervise and liaise with relevant authorities and subcontractors.
• Analyze, manage and track project costs against budget.

Job description

Supervise and liaise with relevant authorities / subcontractors / workers at site and ensure work performed on-site complies with local authorities’ requirements.

Analyze, manage and track project costs against budget.

Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent

Work experience in ACMV or Mechanical Engineering in the construction industry.

Good technical knowledge of ACMV system for Commercial Project.

Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Possess a Class 3 license.

Salary is commensurate to working experience.
