A leading engineering firm in Alberta seeks a Project Manager to assist in the planning and execution of ACMV projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and has experience in the construction industry. Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The position involves liaising with authorities and subcontractors, and analyzing project costs against budgets.
Assist Project Manager in planning, execution and completion of ACMV Project.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Supervise and liaise with relevant authorities / subcontractors / workers at site and ensure work performed on-site complies with local authorities’ requirements.
Analyze, manage and track project costs against budget.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
Work experience in ACMV or Mechanical Engineering in the construction industry.
Good technical knowledge of ACMV system for Commercial Project.
Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Possess a Class 3 license.
Salary is commensurate to working experience.
