Job Summary:
The ACE Marketing Sales Manager reports to the ACE Operations Manager and will support business development and research and identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients and partners, attend networking events and trade shows to generate leads, setup sales calls and follow-up. This includes working with the ACE team to understand the client's test plan and requirements, then negotiate and close contracts. This also includes working with the Business Operations Manager to ensure service agreements and legal requirements for contracts are met.
Responsibilities/accountabilities:
The position involves client relationship management (CRM) and sales/marketing which includes developing strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business, resolving client issues and concerns to maintain satisfaction.
Sales/marketing includes team management, sales data analysis & reporting. The digital e-marketing duties include website management & search engine optimization, social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, & Twitter), email marketing & customer relationship management, pay-per-click (PPC) & online advertising, analytics & performance tracking, & content marketing.
