Job Summary:

The ACE Marketing Sales Manager reports to the ACE Operations Manager and will support business development and research and identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients and partners, attend networking events and trade shows to generate leads, setup sales calls and follow-up. This includes working with the ACE team to understand the client's test plan and requirements, then negotiate and close contracts. This also includes working with the Business Operations Manager to ensure service agreements and legal requirements for contracts are met.

Responsibilities/accountabilities:

The position involves client relationship management (CRM) and sales/marketing which includes developing strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business, resolving client issues and concerns to maintain satisfaction.

Sales/marketing includes team management, sales data analysis & reporting. The digital e-marketing duties include website management & search engine optimization, social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, & Twitter), email marketing & customer relationship management, pay-per-click (PPC) & online advertising, analytics & performance tracking, & content marketing.

Required Skills:

  • Technical sales experience; 1-3years experience preferred
  • Business acumen, working collaboratively with technical staff and cross functional teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Microsoft tools, SharePoint, Adobe Software Suite, CRM tools, web design
    Cascade CMS, PHP, HTML5, Social Management Tools (HubSpot, Canva, Hootsuite)
  • Google analytics (GA4), SEO, campaign management
  • Experience with technical tours and managing events

Required Education:

  • 4 year Commerce or Business Degree
  • A combination of education and experience may be considered

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years related experience
