At Just Ask Eh, we're the behind-the-scenes magicians for interior designers and real estate developers. Since 2002, we've been the go-to team for making beautiful spaces come to life. From installing display suites to managing logistics, we handle the nitty-gritty so our clients can focus on their creative visions. We're not interior designers—we're the operational backbone that brings designs to life.

We’re looking for a Part-Time Project Ace to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, get-it-done kind of role—perfect for someone who loves variety, has a sharp eye, and isn’t afraid of a little heavy lifting (or a tight install schedule). Part logistics, part styling, and 100% getting stuff DONE!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Setting up and styling furniture, art, and accessories in display suites
  • Managing deliveries, pickups, and on-site logistics
  • Packing & unpacking inventory and maintaining clients' warehouses
  • Using tech tools (Excel, email, apps) to stay on top of schedules and tasks
  • Communicating clearly with designers, clients, and team members
  • Solving problems on the fly when things go sideways (because they do!)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Staging experience is a bonus, but not necessary. Willingness to learn is most important!
  • Physically comfortable lifting boxes and working on your feet
  • A driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle is a must - we work all over the Lower Mainland
  • Reasonable tech savvy—email, smartphones, and Microsoft Office should in your wheelhouse
  • A flexible schedule and a great attitude, and a willingness to pivot on short notice
