Job summary

Wonderbrands in Canada is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage day-to-day functions in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will process remittances, analyze deductions, and handle payments (EDI, wire, cheques) while ensuring accurate outstanding balances.

The role requires 1+ year AR experience in manufacturing, strong ERP and Excel skills, and excellent communication. You will collaborate across departments, perform reconciliations, generate reports, and contribute

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable in a manufacturing environment.
  • Food Industry experience is preferred.
  • Completed post-secondary education in Accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel.

Overview

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Leader, you will perform day-to-day accounts receivable functions in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
  • Process high-volume customer remittances & deductions.
  • Analyze customer claims for deductions; shortages; price discrepancies.
