Summit Search Group has proudly partnered with O&T Farms on the recruitment of their newest Accounts Receivable Representative. Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Receivable Representative plays a pivotal role in maintaining accurate financial records, delivering outstanding customer service, and supporting cross-functional operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, values-driven agricultural business.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Accounts Receivable Associate to join our growing team.

What you’ll do:

  1. Prepare and issue accurate and timely customer invoices in accordance with company procedures
  2. Apply payments to customer accounts and prepare electronic bank deposits
  3. Respond to customer inquiries related to invoicing and payments with professionalism and accuracy
  4. Maintain and update customer files, including new accounts and contact information
  5. Collaborate with sales to maintain current customer pricing within the ERP system
  6. Oversee and follow up on accounts receivable collections
  7. Conduct financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records
  8. Generate reports related to customer sales and accounts receivable
  9. Provide order processing support for the Customer Service Associate, including coordination with logistics and production teams
  10. Manage U.S. state product licensing and quarterly regulatory reporting
  11. Offer backup support to the Accounts Payable Associate as needed

What You Bring:

  1. 2–4 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a similar financial administrative role
  2. Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software; experience with Microsoft Office is essential
  3. Strong communication and customer service skills
  4. High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  5. Ability to manage priorities independently and collaborate across departments
  6. Familiarity with agricultural or manufacturing environments is considered an asset
  7. Familiar with SAP Business One considered an asset
