• Rate of pay ranges from: $27.56 to $29.42, as per the SEIU-Clerical Collective Agreement.

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for all patient accounts and sundry billings of Blanche River Health.

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary diploma in accounting program.
• Grade 12 or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• One year experience in an accounting environment.
• Experience working in a computerized environment (Meditech, Microsoft Office Applications).
• Experience in public relations.
• Must be able to organize and prioritize large volumes of transactions.
• Must be able to assess and resolve problems to logical conclusions by exercising good judgment to meet deadlines.
• Good written and oral fluency in English; bilingualism in French is mandatory.
• Good attendance record and ability to maintain that record.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to work in confidence with all information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
