Job Title : Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk

Hours : Up to 20 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk to support our accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic administrative experience, and the ability to manage accounts receivable tasks efficiently. This role includes client communications, payment processing, and recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records
  • Process client payments and apply them to the correct invoices
  • Contact clients via phone and email regarding outstanding payments
  • Assist with resolving payment discrepancies in coordination with the accounting team
  • Perform data entry and ensure accuracy in the accounting system
  • Generate and provide weekly accounts receivable reports to management
  • Meet deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks

Job Qualifications

  • 6–12 months of administrative or accounting support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely as needed
