General Description

The Accounts Receivable Analyst completes the day-to-day field collections process. This includes Electronic Data Interchange (“EDI”) uploads/entry, customer statement releases, overdue invoice calls, account credit payout recommendation and oversight on changes to the underlying accounting system (AX). As an Accounts Receivable Analyst with us the minimum responsibilities are:

  • Support Company Vision and Culture
  • Oversee Customer Accounts
  • EDI Customer Invoice Entry and Maintenance
  • Mediate Collection Communications
  • Progress Current Accounts Receivable Processes

What We Need From You

  • A minimum 2 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
  • High level of integrity and business acumen, including the responsibility to maintain confidentiality of external customer information
  • Certificate or diploma in business administration, accounting, or a related area. Equivalent experience will be considered
  • Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is an asset
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
