Qualifications

• DEC en comptabilité requis, avec des compétences en service à la clientèle.

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Assist our service centers in the process of receiving and authorizing invoices (Goods and Services).
• Ensure the accuracy of receipts awaiting processing (CARS).
• Responsible for the proper processing of invoices while respecting the internal invoicing procedure in the SenSaas payable system.
• Manage anomalies.
• Collect credit balances.
• Reconcile account statements.
• Ensure the application of internal controls and participate in various internal audits.
• Ensure correct accounting allocation.
• Provide administrative support to internal suppliers and customers.
• Follow up on various files.
• Participate in various department projects.

Professional qualifications and skills

• DEC in accounting or equivalent.
• Results-oriented.
• Have a concern for customer satisfaction.
• Ability to establish priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrate professional ethics.
• Initiative, rigor, and autonomy.
• Ease of working on different computer systems.
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of software: MS Office suite, AS400, and SenSaas is an asset.
• Knowledge of SAP, Peoplesoft, or Oracle would be an asset.
• Having experienced an ERP system implementation is an asset.
• Availability and flexibility in work schedule.
