Job summary

A leading pipeline systems provider in Montreal is seeking a Supervisor, Accounts Payable. In this role, you will manage and coach a team of accounts payable clerks. The position requires strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in SAP. The role follows a hybrid work model with key responsibilities that include supervising staff, monitoring performance, and resolving complex issues.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in people management.
• Proven ability to handle complex AP issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Accounts Payable Team’s staff.
• Monitor performance and identify improvement areas using KPIs.
• Train, coach and support the team responsible for processing invoices.
