Job Opportunity: Accounts Payable Coordinator at Dilawri Group of Companies

Position: Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our accounts payable processes, including:

  1. Sorting, coding, and data entry of vendor and manufacturer invoices into the CDK system
  2. Verifying and matching invoices to purchase orders
  3. Processing bi-weekly on-demand cheques
  4. Processing monthly cheque runs and business office remittances
  5. Reconciling vendor, manufacturer, and credit card statements
  6. Reconciling electronic transfer payments
  7. Managing sublet and payables schedules
  8. Filing and other duties as assigned by management
Candidate Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the accounting cycle and accounts payable duties
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Ability to handle high transaction volumes within tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • A positive attitude and a desire for continuous improvement
  • Automotive experience and CDK familiarity are assets
