The Accounts Payable Coordinator / Team Lead is responsible for reviewing of all supplier invoices before payment in accordance with established firm policies and procedures and service level agreements, ensuring that the appropriate tax compliance regulations with respect to GST / HST, QST, PST, and Non-resident Withholding Tax are applied. The individual will follow up on Rush payments and ensure they get processed expeditiously, diarize recurring payments and ensure they are paid out on the due dates, provide guidance and clarification to the offshore processing teams whenever required, and provide high quality customer service to internal EY customers.
