  • Review and approval of company credit card expenses and employee expense claims.
  • Reconcile vendor statements to payables subledgers.
  • Monitor and schedule timely payments to vendors and service providers, adhering to payment terms.
  • Match vendor credits with invoices for warranty or EEC claims.
  • Investigate financial transactions as requested.
  • Create and maintain various aircraft maintenance reports.
  • Assist the maintenance department with clerical tasks, data entry, and parts inventory management.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • High school diploma and two (2) years of Accounts Payable experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working directly in accounting software.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or Accounting.
  • Sage ERP 300 experience.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities.
  • Aviation industry experience.
  • Prior experience in a paperless workflow.
  • Inventory management experience.

You’ll fit right in if you:

  • Focus on getting things right, down to the last detail.
  • Are a humble team player and are ready to pitch in wherever you’re needed.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Have the willingness to seek and provide constructive feedback, as well as a commitment to personal and organizational growth and development.

We think you’ll like working for us because:

  • We care about your health and well-being and offer an employee assistance program, extended health care benefits, dental and vision benefits, and paid time off.
