Job description

Brandt is currently looking to fill a few temporary positions for Accounts Payable Clerks, in our Regina, SK location. This position is responsible for purchasing and payables invoices and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities

Verify compliance with the company’s purchasing and payables procedure

Data entry of invoices

Manage purchase orders, receiving, supplier invoices

Match supplier invoices to receiving and PO's

Code / post supplier invoices after matching

Manage unpaid invoices

Prepare and process cheque runs

Match cheques / acquire signatures

Send cheques / file invoices

Files management and storage

Monthly reporting

Setting up new suppliers

Other duties as assigned

Required Experience
