Hybrid: Work must be completed both in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable
  • Open and close books for auditors
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Review behavior regarding deposits and withdrawals, overdraws, defaults, dishonoured payments, and spending patterns
  • Invoice clients
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems
  • Perform general office duties
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Prepare reports
