Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual for a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk position. This is a part-time role (three days per week) on a two-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

1. Assist with processing invoices and digital documentation for payments.
2. Perform junior-level accounts payable tasks, with potential to expand responsibilities based on experience.
3. Collaborate with a small, supportive Accounts Payable team.
4. Work with digital tools including Adobe Sign (training available).
5. Use Excel to help track and reconcile invoice data.
6. Follow internal procedures and guidelines for payment processing.
7. Previous accounts payable experience is an asset.
8. Strong willingness to learn and follow established systems.
9. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
10. Comfort with digital tools and workflows.
11. Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized.
12. Availability for full-time, in-office work during the initial training period.
13. Hybrid work model following training: typically three days in-office and up to two days remote per week.
