A leading Canadian company in jewelry is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Associate in Vancouver. In this role, you will manage invoices, communicate with vendors, and ensure accuracy in financial processes. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and an accounting background. This is a temporary 6-month contract position with a competitive hourly rate ranging from $19 to $25.

Our Accounts Payable Associate will support the accurate and timely operation of the Finance and Accounting function by processing payables with a high degree of accuracy under strict deadlines. Effective communication with peers, managers and external parties is critical. This is a part-time role, working from our head office 2-3 days per week. This is a temporary 6-month contract position with potential of extension.
This role is located at our Vancouver, BC head office. This is not a remote position.
