We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Associate for a temporary assignment with a client in Burnaby. This role will support the department with invoice processing, vendor communication, and other accounts payable tasks as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and track vendor invoices
  • Process vendor invoices in the ERP system
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed
  • Assist with other AP administration tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of Secondary School
  • At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in Accounts Payable
  • Proficiency with Excel and an ERP system (Infor LN experience is an asset but not required)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A quick learner and team‑oriented mindset
