Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies in Ontario is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join the Regional Accounting team at our Mississauga office.

The role involves processing vendor invoices in the CDK system, matching to purchase orders, and managing bi-weekly and monthly payments.

We value accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with a salary range of CAD 40,000 to 50,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Have working knowledge of the accounting cycle.
• Accounts Payable related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated and pro-active.
• Ability to handle high volume of transactions within tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Positive attitudes and a desire for continuous improvement for self and the organization.
• Automotive experience would be an asset.
• CDK experience would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Sort, code and data entry vendor and manufacturer invoices into CDK system
• Verify and match invoices to purchase orders
• Process bi-weekly on-demand cheques
• Process monthly cheque run
• Process monthly business office remittances
• Reconcile vendor statements, manufacturer statements and credit card statements
• Reconcile electronic transfer payments account
• Reconcile sublet and payables schedules
• Filing
• Other duties as assigned by management
