Job Opportunity: Accounts Payable Administrator | £28,000–£29,500 | Windsor (Hybrid)

Location: Minton Place, Victoria Street, Windsor, SL4 1EG

Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Hybrid Working: 3 days in Windsor office, 2 days from home

We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team in Windsor. If you have a passion for numbers, problem-solving, and supporting meaningful work that truly makes a difference — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing and coding high volumes of invoices and payments for multiple entities
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice discrepancies
  • Supporting weekly payment runs and processing bank cashbooks
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to build strong working relationships
  • Managing petty cash and debit card returns

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Ideally, experience in a multi-site or healthcare business environment
  • Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Proficient in MS Excel; experience with Sage 200 is a plus
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and highly attentive to detail
  • Fluent in English
  • Eligible to work in the UK and pass a DBS check
