A well-established cleaning supply company in Alberta is seeking an experienced HR and Accounting professional. The role involves handling full HR duties, including recruitment, payroll preparation, and maintaining accounts. Candidates must have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or HR, and be proficient in accounting software like Xero. This is a full-time position offering competitive salary.
Salary : $3200 - $3500 (Depends on experience) +VB
Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm
Location: Admiralty (MRT walking distance)

Experience with Full Set Acc, GST & CPF Submission
Your Role, Your Influence:
Handle full spectrum of HR duties (recruitment, onboarding, leave & attendance)
Prepare payroll and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (CPF, SDL, IR8A, etc.).
Assist with full set of accounts, GST submission
Maintain and update employee records and files
Manage accounts payable and receivable, issue invoices, and process payments
Perform bank reconciliations and basic bookkeeping tasks
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
Liaise with external vendors, auditors, and government bodies when required
Support office administrative duties as needed
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
Diploma/ Degree in Accounting, HR, or related fields.
Proficient in Accounting System - Xero and MS Office software
