Job description

Hallmark is a Halifax based dental lab serving dental clinics and their patients in Atlantic Canada. We are currently seeking a friendly and well-organized individual for Accounts and Customer Success support to the finance team. To thrive in the Accounts and Customer Success role, you must be proactive, upbeat, and enthusiastic about the company’s services and how they add value to customers. Top candidates will be good communicators, both verbally and in writing, with strong detail-orientation, customer service, time management, and computer abilities.

Accounts And Customer Success Responsibilities

  • Customer Liaison, invoicing corrections, investigate and process credits, provide estimates, etc.
  • Accounts receivable, process payments received from customers, collection calls and emails, process and send customer statements
  • Respond to customer enquiries, provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and case status
  • Multi-task: simultaneously listen and enter data
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Achieve individual/team goals and KPI's
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems to accurately document and research customer information
  • Support Shipping and Receiving at peak times, vacation/sick day coverage
  • Other administrative duties assigned by management to support a growing business

Accounts And Customer Success Requirements

  • Experience as a dental receptionist is an asset
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail
  • Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Display organizational, time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Demonstrate initiative, eagerness, and a willingness to learn
  • Maintain a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Experience with accounts receivable
  • Knowledge or experience in the dental industry is an asset
