SUMMARY

The person in this position has the main responsibility of supporting the finance team with various administrative tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Billing of revenues;
  • Cash receipts;
  • Collections;
  • Complete accounts payable cycle;
  • Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and backlogs with the purchasing department;
  • Bank reconciliation;
  • Support for the payroll team;
  • Assist the accounting department at month-end;
  • Participation in the annual audit;
  • Any other related tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
  • College Diplomain administration (accounting) or a related field;
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Bilingual (written and spoken) in French and English;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and be flexible;
  • Customer service-oriented attitude;
  • Detail-oriented and structured individual
