Education:

Accounting Technician diploma or DEP in Accounting required.

Your Responsibilities:

Administrative and operational management: Overseeing commercial properties, managing tenants, rent, lease renewals, and urgent matters.

Accounting and financial management: Handling accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, financial statement analysis, service agreements, and mortgage loans.

Complete accounting cycle and year-end closing: Preparing and finalizing annual accounts.

Use of Flexicom and inter-company management: Accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and tax reports.

Project and construction follow-up: Supervising invoicing for construction projects and managing rental spaces.
