Jump Recruitment Specialists has partnered with KMS Industries in their search for a full-time permanent, Accounting Supervisor at their Dartmouth, NS location.

WHO THEY ARE:

KMS Industries is a diverse and growing company focused on fabrication, industrial construction, and the marine services sectors. At KMS Industries, we are dedicated to safety, quality, and our talented employees.

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of office operations, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of accounting, administrative, and executive support, and must be organized, flexible, and able to work independently.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and analyze Work in Progress
  • Perform Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
  • Review active job costs with Operations Managers
  • Price work orders and liaise with Operations
  • Complete Profit Analysis
  • Provide Human Resources support
  • Perform other related duties as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Business/Office Administration or equivalent
  • Strong PC skills, especially with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Syspro experience is a definite asset
  • Ability to self-manage and multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
