Responsibilities

• Enter invoices into the accounting system.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Handle inter-company invoicing and vendor statements.
• Process courier and phone costs.
• Run and update financial reports.
• Reconcile supplier statements.
• Reconcile Visa cards.
• Prepare accounts receivable reports.
• Process weekly cheque printing.
• Assist with client progress billings.
• Support subcontract administration.
