We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Manager to join our finance team at 53 North Collection. We offer:
As our Accounting Manager, your daily tasks will include income reviews, managing invoices for groups and government agencies, resolving chargeback issues, handling billing inquiries, assisting with tax preparations, and posting payments for direct billed invoices. You will also perform account reconciliations, follow-up billing, credit collection, and report potential uncollectible accounts, along with other duties as needed.
You excel at problem-solving independently, with proficiency in MS Excel, Oracle - Opera, MS Outlook, and Data-Plus accounting software. Effective communication, professionalism, teamwork, and solid basic math skills are essential. If you enjoy managing data, solving problems, and keeping processes on track, we want to hear from you!
