Responsibilities

As a Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of the firm’s assurance and tax services, overseeing a team of eight skilled professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team to deliver high-quality assurance, audit, and tax services.
  • Managing multiple client engagements from start to finish.
  • Mentoring and developing junior staff, helping them grow their careers.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership on a variety of audit and assurance engagements for small and mid-sized public companies.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have :

  • A minimum of 4 years of public accounting experience, with at least some of that time spent at a Manager level.
  • Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, tax legislation, and public practice standards.
  • Proficiency with software like TaxPrep, CaseWare, QuickBooks, and Excel.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
