Here is what you will be doing each day:

As our Accounting Manager, you’ll be handling daily income reviews, managing invoices for groups and Government Agencies, and resolving chargeback issues. You'll address client and guest billing inquiries, assist with tax preparations, and post payments on the daily basis for direct billed invoices. You'll also be responsible for account reconciliations, follow-up billing, and credit collection, while reporting any potential uncollectible accounts. Plus, you'll tackle various other tasks as needed.

You’re great at problem-solving independently, especially with MS Excel, Oracle - Opera, MS Outlook, and Data-Plus accounting software. You communicate effectively, maintain a professional appearance, and interact well with guests. You enjoy working in a team, are willing to help co-workers, and have solid basic math skills.
