You’ll lead our finance function, manage reporting and compliance, support operations with solid financial insights, and eventually take over full ownership of our accounting department.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Own full-cycle accounting and reporting
• Lead month-end, year-end, and audit preparation
• Maintain accurate financials across multiple projects/divisions
• Prepare internal financial reports and cash flow projections
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making
• Manage and mentor junior accounting/admin staff
• Collaborate with operations, estimating, and leadership teams
• Drive process improvement and systems optimization
