  1. Manage the day-to-day accounting functions for corporate entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal standards.
  2. Oversee and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and transaction classifications to maintain clean and organized financial records.
  3. Lead the preparation of cash flow projections
  4. Handle investor-related financial processes, including capital movements, unit transactions, and related reporting.
  5. Coordinate corporate tax filings and regulatory submissions, including but not limited to T5s, HST, and EHT returns.
  6. Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners such as auditors, accountants, and tax advisors.
  7. Support the year-end close process including financial statements and audit deliverables.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial deliverables are accurate and submitted on schedule.

Qualifications :

  1. CPA designated or currently enrolled in the program is strongly preferred
  2. 5+ years of strong accounting experience – some management experience is ideal
  3. Knowledge of Canadian Tax
