Accounting & Finance Coordinator

What will be your daily pursuit?

Support the financial and administrative success of Grouse Mountain Lodge while providing essential training and guidance to the seasonal Location Accountants across the Glacier Park Collection. This role combines detail-oriented day-to-day accounting responsibilities with the opportunity to assist and mentor seasonal team members across our Montana-based properties.

What will you do in this job?

• Oversee daily accounting operations at Grouse Mountain Lodge, including financial reporting, cash handling, expense tracking, and systems reconciliation.
• Upload and code invoices accurately, supporting financial transparency and annual business success.
• Collaborate with Pursuit’s Payroll and Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Act as a resource for lodge managers and night audit staff, ensuring procedural consistency and compliance.
• Provide pre-season training and in-season support for Location Accountants at seasonal Glacier Park Collection properties.
• Work with seasonal property GMs to ensure accountants are prepared and well-supported throughout operations.
• Assist with onboarding, housing logistics, documentation, and occasional staff events.
• Step in as a flexible utility player for a range of admin and operational support tasks.

What skills and experience do you need for this job?

• 1–2 years of accounting or payroll experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting/hospitality systems
• A collaborative attitude with a willingness to support and guide others
• Professional discretion in handling sensitive employee and business information
