Temporary position - replacement (minimum 12 months)
Role
As an Accounting Coordinator, you will be responsible for validating and recording vendor invoices in Valero's accounting system. You will coordinate invoice processing with administrative and operations personnel as well as external vendors to ensure proper financial reporting of revenue and expenses and to resolve issues related to open item aging of assigned general ledger accounts. You will also provide professional and prompt support to internal users/departments and external vendors/customers. We work in a paperless environment.
Qualifications
Valero Energy Inc. is governed by the Charter of the French Language; however, knowledge of English is necessary for this position. The individual will review documents and interact verbally and in writing with colleagues at the Texas head office, other Canadian provinces, and stakeholders such as customers and suppliers.
