Job summary

Taiga Motors, a rapidly growing off‑road electric vehicle technology and manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Coordinator to join its dynamic team.

You will play a key role in supporting the finance team by ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with month‑end and year‑end procedures. This position acts as a critical link between accounting, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day‑to‑day financial activities.

Responsibilities
  • Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Review, verify, and process employee expense reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Conduct thorough account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Coordinate and prepare required audit documentation, ensuring timely and accurate responses to auditor inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate accounting files and documentation in compliance with company policies, ASPE standards, and audit requirements.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting.
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Netsuite.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy and accountability.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
