Volkswagen Moncton is looking to hire an Accounting Coordinator.

This is a temporary position starting immediately and ending in July 2026. The hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.

Responsibilities
  • Code and posting parts invoices
  • Generate monthly A/R statements, and follow-up by email and/or phone calls
  • Post warranty credits on a weekly basis
  • Reconcile parts statements, code and post with A/P
  • Reconcile gas slips and posting expense on a monthly basis
Qualifications
  • Completed a post-secondary accounting program at college
  • Previous experience in an accounting role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exercises good judgment and organizational skills
  • Must be capable of working independently, effectively managing his or her time and work flow
  • Must have a high level of confidentiality
  • Must have a driver's license and a clean abstract
