Our Finance Team is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Coordinator, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, to support the smooth and efficient operation of our financial processes.
If you are a number ninja with a passion for precision, have a knack for keeping things in perfect order (beautiful filing systems, anyone?!) and have a can-do attitude to pitch in where needed - this role may be a perfect match for you!

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of practical accounting or bookkeeping experience, with proficiency in our accounting software Quickbooks. We are looking for someone who thrives in a role focused on accounts payable, processing accurate and timely transactions and meticulous data management, maintaining thorough well-organized filing systems. Excellent communication and organization skills, adaptability and a team-oriented spirit are keys to success in this position.
This is a hybrid opportunity based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. A perk of this role is the flexibility to work from home most of the week, with flexible scheduling and making use of our office as needed.
