Client Development Executive – Remote Work (Commission-based)

As a Client Development Executive at HNi, your responsibilities include:

  1. Developing new business and managing an existing client base across various sectors, including Banking & Financial Services, Construction, Engineering, Government, Human Resources, Information Systems & Technology, Legal and Administration, Logistics, Manufacturing, Real Estate & Architecture.
  2. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including using Harbinger Network as a third-party recruiter to fill vacancies.
  3. Growing your own portfolio by developing new opportunities.
  4. Leveraging our established client database to facilitate your activities.
  5. Building trusting relationships with clients to secure more business.
  6. Collaborating with team members and utilizing available resources to fill client vacancies.

About you:

  1. 10+ years of staffing industry experience as a Recruiter or Business Development/Account Manager, specifically in the Accounting/Finance sector in Ontario.
  2. Strong business development skills with a relationship-based approach.
  3. A proven track record of sales success.
  4. Highly motivated, resilient, and driven to deliver quality service.
  5. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
