Base pay range

CA$30.00/hr - CA$35.00/hr

Adecco is currently recruiting for an Accounting Clerk for a 3-Month contract with our client located in Montreal, QC or Ottawa, ON. This opportunity is a fully remote role for the duration of the contract.

Responsibilities
  • Monitoring the PC generic email box;
  • Provide document and process invoicing as required;
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable for the accounting team;
  • Answering questions from clients and suppliers pertaining to contracts, payments, etc;
  • Verification and processing of invoices;
  • Provide support to the accounting team as required with specific projects;
  • Support month-end activities;
Qualifications
  • An undergraduate degree in business, Accounting or a related field or work experience;
  • 2+ years of experience working in accounting-based roles or financial information review;
  • Experience with the MS tool suite including Microsoft Outlook;
  • Experience with Syspro or similar applications;
