Job summary

Indero, Montreal-based CRO, is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting for the Argentina entity from a home-based position. The role covers reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow, and audit support, coordinating with external firms.

Requires a Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration, 3+ years of experience, strong English, and proficiency with accounting systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations per policy.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and assist with related payments.
• Prepare information for external audits and assist the annual audit.

*** This is a part-time role, Monday to Friday, part time ***The Part-Time Accounting Clerk will support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity.
