As an Accounting Clerk, you'll play a key role in supporting our financial operations. You will be responsible for assisting with accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, data entry, and administrative support for our property management accounting processes. You'll be part of a fast-paced, high-performing team that supports the financial well-being of our clients and communities.

Responsibilities - General Accounting

  • Clearing Invoice Inbox daily
  • Etransfer Account monitoring and deposits
  • Payment Clearing account monitoring and deposits
  • Accounts Payable Entry
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Exporting Financial Statements from Accounting software
  • Compiling Financial Statements
  • Monthly Disbursement Reports
  • Monthly Expenses
  • Bank Interest Journal Entries
  • Balance Sheet/Income Statement combining for online upload

The above duties may change as the position evolves.
