  • Assist the Accounting Manager and support other administrative duties as required.
  • Review and process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding their accounts in a timely and professional manner.

Job description

As an Accounting Clerk, you will be maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, taking member payments, and providing timely correspondence to members and guests regarding any payment inquiries.

The ideal candidate will take initiative, be organized, reliable, and a strong communicator. A friendly and flexible attitude is just as important as experience.

This position is ideal for a 2nd to 4th-year student, or recent graduate in accounting or business, who has some background in accounting and preferably prior experience in a similar role.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Accounting Manager and support other administrative duties as required
  • Review and process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding their accounts in a timely and professional manner
  • Navigate and look up transactions, and print statements for members when requested
  • Other duties as assigned
