Qualifications

Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable & Payable :

  • Process and reconcile customer invoices and vendor payments using SAP.
  • Apply customer payments and manage account balances.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and payment records.

Data Entry & Recordkeeping :

  • Accurately enter financial transactions into the SAP ERP system.
  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring data integrity.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.

Reporting & Support :

  • Prepare and generate basic financial reports and summaries from SAP.
  • Support audits by providing documentation and transaction history.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate cost allocations and financial data.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a mid-sized to large organization.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP systems (Concur, S / 4HANA, ECC, or similar).
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, reporting).
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
