Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role will provide essential accounting support including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other general accounting functions. The successful candidate will also provide coverage and assist with office tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable
  • Assist with general accounting duties and reporting as required
  • Provide additional support to the Finance Manager and the Impact team

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience
