Position Overview
This is a professional position with significant relationship, donor-service and stewardship responsibilities. It requires an understanding of the Foundation’s mission, goals and business model and a working understanding of the Foundation’s strategic initiatives. This position will monitor and maintain the Foundation’s cash management flow of funds for grant making services, assist in investment statement reconciliation, prepare various financial reconciliations as requested, and participate in various special projects as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
The minimum salary for this position is $65,000. Benefits include paid sick and vacation time after three months of employment, paid federal holidays, subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance, FSA, a retirement account with employer contribution and match after one year of employment, paid parental leave, and other benefits.
Hours
37.5-hour work week. Office hours are 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, with some events outside this timeframe. We offer flexible schedule options for full-time employees in good standing after three months of satisfactory employment.
