What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing day-to-day support for financial operations, including managing collections and accounts receivable.
  • Creating various financial reports, such as EHR and billable labor reports.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive client overview spreadsheet by pulling data from reports.
  • Handling month-end billing, time and material billing.
  • Entering and reconciling credit card receipts and statements.
  • Entering bills into the system and ensuring accurate records.
  • Setting up new clients in QuickBooks and managing accounts when clients leave.
  • Coordinating finance-related tasks and assisting with inquiries.
  • Conducting bank deposit audits and performing other administrative duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • Accounting certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2+ years of accounting or related experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
