We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Assistant to join our administration team, specializing with vehicle deal processing.

A day in the life…

As an Accounting Assistant, you begin the day with accurate and timely processing of all car deals. Duties include managing deal schedules, coordinating remittances from the finance office, and ensuring all deal-related documentation is complete and compliant. Additionally, the role involves calculating Product Advisor commissions based on finalized car deals, supporting the accounting team with reconciliations, and maintaining organized deal files. Assisting the Controller a s the day progresses, you document sales operations and reconcile them with the accounting records. You assist with the monthly closing of accounts and prepare detailed account analyses.

What we look for…

  • Accounting experience is required.
  • Vehicle deal processing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a team and on own initiative.
  • Ability to multi-task and keep organized in a timely manner.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in all work and communication.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent customer service skills with positive and courteous telephone etiquette.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with both co-workers and our guests.
