Job description

Wildstone is looking for a detail-driven Accounting Assistant whos ready to dive into everything from invoice processing to financial reconciliations to join the Accounting team in our Penticton office.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys balancing routine tasks with the occasional challengeand isnt afraid of a spreadsheet or two. If youre looking to grow your accounting career somewhere fast-paced and full of opportunity we want to hear from you.

What Youll Be Doing :

Youll be part of a dynamic accounting team that keeps the financial engine running behind the scenes. Your day might include :

  • Processing invoices and preparing payments
  • Helping transition AP vendors from cheque to electronic payments
  • Managing our credit card platform and reconciling credit card statements
  • Assisting with month-end procedures and bank / account reconciliations
  • Monitoring the AP inbox and responding to inquiries with professionalism and clarity

Youll also have the opportunity to cross-train with other team membersso when things get busy (or people take well-earned vacations) you can step in and help keep things on track.

The salary for this role ranges from $60000 to $75000 per year depending on level of experience.
